Dr. Meredith’s extensive career spans over two decades in both clinical practice and scientific research across both mainstream medicine and holistic health, integrating Functional and Eastern medicine, bringing two worlds together to achieve excellence in health.
Dr. Meredith offers a modern and innovative approach to understanding the body, grounded in Bio-pattern Mapping™ — a method she developed in response to her own significant health challenges. Dr. Meredith’s Masters research in Applied Science (Laboratory Pharmacology) was the first to show how Australian-grown Danshen (Salvia miltiorrhiza) protects nitric oxide — a key molecule for blood vessel health.
